TL;DR

  • License options: Monthly subscription or lifetime (one-time purchase) - both give you the same access.
  • What you get: Web app + desktop apps (Windows, macOS, Linux) + Android app when it's available.
  • iOS app: Requires a separate license (purchased via App Store) - not included with web/desktop license, and vice versa.
  • Device limit: Up to 2 devices at once.
  • Your artwork: Everything you create is 100% yours.
  • Refunds: 30-day window to request a refund.
  • Manage your stuff: Use the Customer Portal on the Manage page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mandala.cafe ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use Mandala.cafe for personal or commercial purposes. We offer two license options:

  • Lifetime License: A one-time purchase that grants you permanent access
  • Monthly Subscription: Ongoing access that expires when your subscription ends

Both license types include:

  • Access to the web-based application
  • Desktop application downloads for Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Up to 2 concurrent device installations
  • All future updates and features at no additional cost

iOS App: The iOS application requires a separate license purchased through the Apple App Store. This license only grants access to the iOS app and does not include web or desktop access. Likewise, purchasing a web/desktop license does not include access to the iOS app.

You can manage your purchases and licenses in the Customer Portal, accessible from the Manage page.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Exceed the 2 concurrent device limit specified in your license (across web, desktop, and mobile)

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mandala.cafe are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Artwork created using Mandala.cafe belongs to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
