Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime license to use Mandala Cafe for personal or commercial purposes. Your license includes:

• Access to the web-based application
• Desktop application downloads for Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Up to 3 concurrent device installations
• All future updates and features at no additional cost

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Exceed the 3 concurrent device limit specified in your license

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mandala Cafe are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Artwork created using Mandala Cafe belongs to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
